Find quick answers to common questions about order, shipping, return and support

Ready-stock pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind. They must be unused and in the original packing, and the return pickup cost is deducted from your refund. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, you get a free replacement or a full refund on every product. 2 How long will it take to receive my order?

Ready-stock pieces are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday). Made-to-order pieces take 7–10 days to make before they ship. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–7 business days anywhere in India, and shipping is free.

3 How does payment work?

You can pay by Cash on Delivery on every order, with no extra fee. You pay when your order arrives at your door.

4 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email on your registered details. You can use this link to track your order in real time. For any tracking issues, reach out to us at support@zerrahomes.in.

5 What if my item arrives damaged?

We take product quality very seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@zerrahomes.in within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the damage. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

6 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at the moment - we do not offer gift wrapping yet. Every order is packed carefully in protective packaging so it reaches you safely.

7 Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched for shipping. To cancel, please contact us at support@zerrahomes.in as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible — however you may initiate a return after delivery.

8 Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship across India only. We are working on expanding our delivery to international locations soon. Stay tuned or contact us at support@zerrahomes.in for any special requests.
