Use of the website

zerrahomes.in is owned and operated by Zerra Homes LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Zerra Homes LLP, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

You must be 18 or older to place an order with us, and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must place any order on your behalf.

Please use the site only for lawful purposes and in the ways these terms allow. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.

Accounts

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, give us accurate, current and complete details, and keep them up to date.

Keep your password or one-time passcode to yourself — anyone holding it can reach your account. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account, and you should tell us straight away at support@zerrahomes.in if you believe someone else has used it.

Purchases

Please give correct payment, contact and delivery details at checkout. Most failed deliveries we see come down to a wrong address or an unreachable phone number.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and product details can change without notice, and where something has been listed incorrectly we may correct it, or cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price. We will tell you before we do.

We may also decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where a Cash on Delivery order cannot be verified by phone, where the address falls outside our courier network, or where we have good reason to suspect fraud or misuse. Anything you have already paid, including a Cash on Delivery advance, is refunded in full.

Payments are processed by Razorpay on their own secure systems; your card, UPI and net-banking credentials never reach us. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders, with a 25% advance paid online at booking and the balance collected on delivery.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Where anything in these terms appears to conflict with that policy, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies, and nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Intellectual property

Everything published on this site — photography, styling imagery, product descriptions, page copy, the Zerra Homes name and logo, and the design of the site itself — belongs to Zerra Homes LLP or is used by us under licence, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

Our pieces are designed in-house and made from natural materials. When you buy from us, you are buying the physical piece and nothing more: the design of that piece, along with the photography and branding around it, stays with us.

You are welcome to view and share our pages. Please don't copy, scrape or reuse our images, copy or designs to list, market or manufacture products, whether or not for profit, without our written permission.

User-generated content

When you send us a review, comment, photograph or unboxing video, you give us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide permission to use, display, reproduce and adapt it in connection with our products and our marketing.

By sending it you confirm that it is your own, that it is an honest account, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or offensive material.

We may decline to publish, or later remove, content on any of those grounds — though never simply because a review is critical.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account, or withdraw access to the site, where these terms have been breached, where there has been repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Privacy

How we collect, use, share and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it alongside this page.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every inaccuracy at all times.

This applies to the website itself, not to the products. The condition of what we send you is covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy and by your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are also not liable for courier delays outside our control, for losses caused by incorrect information given to us, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as extreme weather, strikes or payment-gateway failure. Our store runs on Shopify, payments are handled by Razorpay, and deliveries are carried out by partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart and XpressBees; each operates under its own terms.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Narnaul, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from any order placed with us. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time, and the revised version takes effect when it is published here. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order — changes are never applied backwards. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Complaints can be addressed to our Grievance Officer, Himanshu Jangid, at the same address, by email at support@zerrahomes.in or on +91 88241 03300. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Zerra Homes LLP reserves the right to update these terms; changes apply to orders placed after the date shown at the top of this page.
